Dieters have been enticed by the allure of the latest diets, exercise gadgets, and prepared diet foods for years.

The industry has conditioned one to chase instant solutions over genuine habit development and empowered mindset training, often neglecting the nuances of these more effective approaches to true lifestyle change.

Many believe a new dieting approach, a few YouTube videos on weight loss, or a superfood product is their ticket to healthy living and weight loss.

But, the honest answer lies in understanding the unique nuances of healthy living and weight loss. Although willpower and determination are essential elements to changing one's lifestyle, the right structured approach to habit change and thoughtful guidance is the golden ticket to making healthy living a natural lifestyle change where we are no longer fighting ourselves to eat this way, move this way, sleep this way, and get strong this way.

Why does it seem more challenging to lose weight as we get older?

The root cause of being unable to lose weight and get healthy stems from our microbiome - in significant part, it's from what we eat and don't eat.

We all know this. Nothing new here.

What does it come down to then?

Kim Miller is a lifestyle entrepreneur and healthy living/weight loss coach who advocates for individuals and couples in their 60s,70s, and 80s. She relentlessly pursues her "higher calling". Kim, originally from Ohio and now living in the nation's oldest city, St. Augustine, has been married for 37 years to her husband, John, a retired educator.  


Nowadays, she is best known for her Online Live Healthy Programs juxtaposed with her unique coaching style that results in what she calls "REAL Change From The Inside Out." Change where healthy living becomes a part of who you are so that you're no longer fighting yourself to stay lean and healthy.   

She has been a highly sought-after athletic and mindset coach for over 18 years and now, in the last six years, prefers to spend her time online and on the telephone helping formerly fit athletic women, men, and couples from all walks of life elevate their lives by getting back to the basics of living healthfully.

What's Happening In Live Healthy?

In four months, at age 75, Sue embarked on a path to reclaim her life and vitality.

Having bid farewell to alcohol in 2021, she sought a more profound change, leading her to enroll in the Live Healthy program in August 2023. What ensued was an inspiring journey marked by simplicity, improved nutrition, and shedding unwanted weight, not solely for physical betterment but for holistic emotional and mental healing.

Sue, a retired teacher and devoted grandmother with a penchant for golf, gardening, and caring for her three horses, was already leading an active life. However, Live Healthy became the catalyst for her pursuit of a more balanced existence. Coping with the recent loss of her parents, Sue aimed to find solace and release from emotional burdens.
